In the begining there was Internet Explorer. The fact that all spyware was directed to it made Firefox gain 10-20% marketshare. Inserting the search box on the top right of the browser made Google the king of search.

Not another social bookmark, social site, web2.0 bullshit. We really need faster and better technology. On my list:
- A laptop that is lighter and with a battery that lasts longer than 2 hours. my Dell dies after I turn wifi on. and sometimes I really want to blog live from conferences.
- A cell phone that films better and has a good battery. my Nokia N82 has a 5 megapixel camera and gets pretty good video. but I want more.
- A fixed Firefox. I am tired of the memory leaks that slows down the browser. I do not mind that it takes 1gb of my ram (I have 2.5), but I want it to work!
- Faster internet. and here I include all those pixelated videos on YouTube, that I hate watching.
That is what we need.
