The other night I suddenly couldn't access the admin pages. I've tried upgrading, reinstalling, rerunning setup, and deleting the zp_administrators table (as recommended in their troubleshooting guide). Nothing works. After all the time I invested in uploading photos and customizing a theme, the program just breaks? And even a reinstall won't fix it? What a huge waste of my time and energy.
