renting a car in Berlin is hard
Took me half an hour to rent a car. No sites, no usability, no English, no cars, no car details…
How do you want to rent a car to foreigners if you do not have a website in English? And why do you send me the order details in German?

Because you’re in Germany, duh!
Try to do the same in France, you’ll get the exact same thing (i.e. they assume that if you’re in France, therefore you must be speaking perfect French 
)
