foxy

August 31, 2008

A few minutes, on Kreuzstrasse, right across Victoriapark, we saw a small fox. At first we thought it was a dog, but getting closer, we saw the long tail and the red skin. Weird seeing a fox in the middle of a big city.

A few months ago, we saw some rabbits in a park at Kassel (the gray spots pictured here). Germany is a green city, indeed.

Listening to Robert Scoble

August 30, 2008

Today at IFA I had the pleasure of listening to Robert Scoble speak in a panel about German and American Bloggers. It was weird somehobw, because he did not say nothing i did not knew and his presenting style is not so flashy (as oposed to Hugh McLeod, for example).

I listened to some German journalists turned bloggers and that made me sad. In Romania, bloggers are 20-something geeks that are happy to share things and glad to be up on the stage. At Blogging in Germany and America i saw old journalists trying to teach us about new media and the tech revolution.

The photos I’ve taken are here.

Why?

Nobody asked me why did I left Bucharest for Berlin. I think it’s sad everybody understood why.

Why? Why?

"petra, ich liebe dich"

August 26, 2008

A love declaration on Friedrichstrasse. This reminds me of an old coleague, who proposed to his wife with an outdoor billboard.
